Cloud App - FortiView
Hello,
the scenario is as follows FGT60E (5.6.4) as a border router, full SSL inspection, APP + IPS, certificate imported to client PCs. Login to Fortianalyzer (6.0). Everything works correctly, but FortiView does not show users and sent / received data. Invalid data is also displayed in the weekly report. In the past support has told me that for correct display in FortiView is necessary to enable HDD logging. So today I tried the same setting on another box with the same firmware (FGT100D) with HDD logging enabled, but the result is the same. Again no users and sent / received data.
So what is the right thing to do?
