Blank screen on FortiClient 7.0.9.0493 (Windows 11)
For some users at our company, we experience the issue of a blank screen after the update to forticlient 7.0.9.0493 on Windows 11.
The website suggests it is version 7.2 but after installing I got 7.0.9.0493.
What I tried so far:
- Removing the client completely by using the uninstaller, removing all relevant folders from the AppData folder and the registry.
- Reinstalling the client by first downloading it again from your website.
- Setting another browser as the default browser
- Disabling Dell Display manager
- Removing Node.Js
None of this helped so far.
I was trying to find a work-around by finding a commandline tool but it is not possible to get it without being a customer (which is quite strange because the client cannot work without being a customer since we use it on our servers, so why block these downloads anyway)

By switching browser it sometimes gives the first screen, but at the second one (trying to change settings) it gives me a blank screen again

Same on Windows 10, version 7.0.9.0493. I had no such problem before the update. I have the same problem on both computers.
