Everything had been working just fine. Then last night I got this error code (-20199). I thought the VPN was down. Called work this morning everything is working fine on their end. I checked with their IT department and he doesn't know/hasn't hear of this problem.

1. run Wan miniport repair tool (or version 2) 2. restart computer and test VPN access again.

How did you solve it?
Just an FYI for anyone going back to this older thread. Usually a Repair on FortiClient (from the Control Panel) works.
