| Solution |
In order to verify if the backend server is up or down, configure Health Check settings for the backend server in FortiWeb Cloud.
Navigate to Network -> Origin Servers -> Health Check:
Note that FortiWeb will send a request for a / URL path. The response from the server should be an HTTP code of 200, 'OK'. If not, FortiWeb will mark the server as down and services will be impacted even if the server is up and ready to serve the request.
