Description This article shows the basic commands to be executed on FortiSandBox when opening a ticket.
Scope FortiSandbox.
Solution

In order to start the validation of the ticket, these commands will help the TAC Team. Run them when the problem is present.

 

# status
# show
# hc-settings -l
# hardware-info
# vm-status
# vm-license
# vm-license -l
# test-network

# hc-settings -
# hardware-info
# pending-jobs show all all url
# pending-jobs show all all all
# processing-jobs show
# tac-report -l
