Here are quick four steps to resolve this issue:  Identifying Unpublished Modules using FortiSOAR GUI: Modules with an asterisk (*) in front are unpublished modules. Publishing Modules in FortiSOAR: Select the 'Publish All Modules' button. Discarding All Changes and Reverting to the Last Published Modules State: Select the 'Revert All' button to discard all changes. Verification Before Initiating the Upgrade Process: Ensure that there are no unpublished modules (asterisk before the module name) in the modules editor. Proceed with the FortiSOAR upgrade process as per the upgrade path suggested in the Official FortiSOAR documentation.
