Azure Compute Connector step fails with ERROR "Page not found"

Configured Azure Connector successfully. Health check is showing "Available" in Green. However it fails while passing inputs like valid subscription ID and Resource group name from the playbook step.

Please find attached screenshots for more details. Can someone help on this?

Also I could not find Azure Compute connector code on github.

Thanks @bidisha-spryiq  for sharing connector logs. As per logs given by you we cannot solve issue directly, we need to arrange the call to debug and resolve the issue otherwise we can send new tgz connector which was working in our side.
