After provisioning FortiSASE, below display could appear:

To resolve this error:

  1. Start by clearing the cache of the web browser to access the resource configuration. The cache can sometimes hold outdated or conflicting data, causing issues with initialization. After clearing the cache, try to access the resource configuration again to see if the error persists. If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, try accessing the resource configuration from a different web browser. Sometimes, browser-specific issues or conflicts can lead to initialization errors. By verifying from multiple browsers, you can isolate whether the problem is browser-related or not.
  2. If the issue persists, try again from a new browser window (Google Chrome only) and run this support tool (Developed by Fortinet) while reproducing the steps: You need to install it in your browser and reproduce the issue, collect the trace.
