Solution |
The report will be listed under Device -> FortiAnalyzer -> Reports before it is assigned to the organization.
If the report is not visible, access into the FortiAnalyzer using admin credentials and check the FortiPortal username admin profile.
Ensure that the Fortiportal username uses the 'super_user' admin profile rather than another profile. After making changes from the FortiAnalyzer of the FortiPortal admin profile, select 'poll' again from Device -> FortiAnalyzer. The 'poll' is successful, check again if the report is listed under Device -> FortiAnalyzer -> Reports.
If the report has been listed, it is possible to select the report to assign under the organization.
