The FortiManager-VM subscription license model allows the creation of up to 5 ADOMs, and additional ADOMs can be purchased with an additional ADOM subscription license, see Appendix B - Default and maximum number of ADOMs supported.
If an ADOM subscription license is not joined with the base VM-S license, the ADOM license status will be shown as not registered in FortiManager's dashboard, with the number of ADOMs that can be created beside it:
If an ADOM subscription license is joined with the base license, the ADOM license status will be shown as Valid, along with the increased number of ADOMs that can be created:
