Description

This article describes the circumstances surrounding an issue where the user is unable to enable FortiAnalyzer Cloud, even with the correct entitlement.

Scope

FortiOS 6.2.x.

Solution

Even though the user has the proper entitlement for FortiAnalyzer Cloud, the user is still unable to enable it.
In 6.2.x, FortiAnalyzer Cloud can not be enabled. This is because of changes made in 6.4 regarding licensing.

Certain SKUs are not available on this version. It is necessary to upgrade to at least 6.4.4.

Note that the option will be greyed out, as shown below:
