| Solution |
The user is not able to connect to the SSL VPN and getting the error 'credential or SSL VPN configuration is wrong.' (-7200).
The user credentials are called in the AD server. In the policy SSL VPN to LAN, it was created the SSL VPN groups (group name-XYZ) but it did not call AD information. The AD information is missing in the SSL VPN groups (group name XYZ).
After calling AD (ABC) information, the user will be able to connect to SSL VPN successfully.
