Troubleshooting Tip: Reset the FSAE service on Windows devices

Description	This article describes how to reset the FSAE service on Windows devices.
Scope	FortiGate FSSO.
Solution	In some situations, it will be necessary to reset or stop the FSAE or CA service of FSSO on Windows devices. If the FSAE is running in a Windows server, launch the 'Services' tool from the server manager:  If the FSAE is running on Windows 10, 11 (PC version), launch the 'Services' tool from computer management:   Identify the 'Fortinet Single Sign On Agent Service', then stop and restart it.
