Description This article describes the value '0' in the attributes' Hello-interval and dead-interval.
Scope FortiGate v6.x.x and v7.x.x.
Solution

The configuration shows the value as '0' in the Hello-interval and Dead-interval even though the default value is '10' and '40' respectively:

These attributes are set as '0' even though the default values are '10' and '40' respectively for 'hello-interval' and 'dead-interval' when the initial configuration is done or if these values and attributes are not overridden manually.

In this case, the value '0' itself references the default values for the attributes as per the design in FortiGate.

This can be confirmed with the below  when the configuration is seen as in the above screenshot:

As per the output, the value for the Hello and Dead timer is '10.000' and '40' respectively.

If these values are overridden manually with any other different values for example '20' and '60' for example for the hello and dead interval then the configuration should show the exact values.
