On-prem or MSSP environments can create multiple organizations. But unsupported special characters sometimes cause some unexpected issues.
The following characters are the only supported characters for the organization name. Any characters outside of the list are unsupported.

In this example, the organization name '$pecial&Car*-' contains unsupported special characters '$', '&', '*', and '-'. It causes the failure to request the collector installer. To fix this issue, these unsupported special characters need to be removed from the organization name.
