Description
This article provides the info on SMS/email and FortiToken Mobile PUSH 2FA methods and their support details for various FortiAuthenticator versions. And for various Microsoft Windows Agent and Outlook Web Access Agent (some tines referred to as OWA or IIS Agent) versions.
Scope
FortiAuthenticator versions 6.1.2, 6.2.0 and 6.3.0.
Solution
-> Earlier versions of FortiAuthenticator Agents had only support for FortiToken Mobile or Hardware token units.
-> Microsoft Windows Agent supports FortiToken Mobile PUSH method since FortiAuthenticator version 6.1.2.
Agent version is: FAC_Agent_Setup_v3.0.exe
