Technical Note: FortiAnalyzer disk quota allocation per device

Description

In FortiAnalyzer v5.4, the option to allocate disk quota per device has been removed from GUI.

In FortiAnalyzer v5.0 and v5.2 it was possible to assign disk space to a specific device on GUI at the device Edit page on Device Manager.

Solution

In v5.4 this option has been removed from GUI making disk space assignable by ADOM only.

Disk quota allocation per device in v5.4 may be set through the CLI:

FAZ1000D # execute log device disk-quota <device_id> <value>

where:

<device_id>   The log device id, or 'All' for all devices.
<value>          Disk quota value in MB.
