Not able to restart Labs

Hello Colleagues,
I recently bought the labs for the Nse 7 sdwan course. SKU = FT-SD-WAN-LAB.
I have done the 6 of 7 labs. I tried to restart the labs that have already complete but I didn't manage it. Does anyone know why?

I am having the same issue with Fortigate Security 7.0 lab

I started the lab to see what the interface was like and get a feel for the environment. Then I close it because I had other things to do and did not want my time to would not expire. Now I cannot restart the lab and it is showing as complete. Makes no sense complete or not I should have access to it as long as I did not use up all my time. I paid for the time so why can not I use it?
