Description This article describes how to allow Users to Deregister a Product from Forticloud Support Account.
Scope FortiCloud.
Solution

Customers can deregister their product from:

support.fortinet.com account


Points to remember:
1) Units can be de-registered after 3 years of initial registration.
2) Units can be de-registered only from the decommissioned list.
3) This is applicable only for Physical/Hardware Devices.
4) Devices be de-registered once every 12 months only.
5) Bulk de-registration is not possible.
6) Products can be moved back to the product list from the decommissioned list.
