What is the minimum downtime for N+1 before it provide services?

When the Slave does not hear 5 second heartbeat from the Master, the Slave will change its state from Passive to Active. 

The Slave will start its wireless services which typically takes about 1.5 minutes. So the minimum downtime in case of N+1 switchover is 1.5 Minutes
