Solution
Remove the AP from the ESS-AP table for all the configured ESS. You can also chose to remove selected ESS and still allow others to be sent out of that/those APs. For each ESS/SSID that you do not want a particular AP to broadcast, go to the ESS profile then the ESS-AP table of that profile and remove that AP index from the table.
GUI:
Configuration>Devices>APs >>select the AP that you want to make silent and click on "Settings", go to the ESS_AP Table and remove all the ESS associated to this AP.
