Solution
This error normally seen while the controller is booting up. shellinabox is a linux binary which is used to implement a web server that can export arbitrary command line tools to a web based terminal emulator and Meru typically uses it for webterm.
when the shellinabox binary doesn't come up during the controller boot up process this error message is displayed. This error message not system impacting as this binary is used for webterm ( GUI based CLI to run commands ).
