Step 1: Open the GUI on controller :Configure::Devices::System Settings::UDP Broadcast Ports.
UDP port configuration does not get saved on the controller.

Solution
Step 1: Open the GUI on controller :Configure::Devices::System Settings::UDP Broadcast Ports.
Step 2: Click on Add to add a port number for Upstream/Downstream.
Step 3: The port will be listed under 'Allowed Ports'. By default these ports appears to be unchecked but will be added to the controller. This does not mean that the port, which you have added did not save.
