When connecting to the guest network from an OS X device the system gets the correct IP address but no browser window pops up. When we open Safari manually it just hangs and never goes anywhere.

Solution
When connecting to the guest network from an OS X device the system gets the correct IP address but no browser window pops up. When we open Safari manually it just hangs and never goes anywhere.
We have found the Security and Privacy options that need to be changed to allow the Smart Connect Download.
system preferrences > security privacy >
Allow APP downloaded from ::
> Mac APP Store & idenetified devlopers. ( Default )
> Any where from the internet.
Need to change the option to Download from any where.
