Meru Technical Note - Logout button is not working on the Guest portal

Logout button is not working on the Guest portal.

COA configuration should be checked under radius client on IDM.

Issue Description: Sometimes Logout button does not seem to have effect on the system.  The user clicks the Logout button and gets the confirmation that log out is successful but on bringing up another window the session is still active and user can continue browsing.

Solution is to Log on to IDM Web GUI and Click on Devices->

Select your Meru controller -> put a check mark on COA (Change of Authorization).

Now the session can be successfully terminated using logout button on the guest portal.
