Solution
The following commands are to be used.
Controller#configure terminal
Controller(config)#diag-log
Controller(config-diag-log)#admin controller on
Controller(config-diag-log)#admin ap on
Controller(config-diag-log)#admin station on
Once Diagnostic Inferences are turned ON, the results can be viewed with the WebUI interface at Monitor> Diagnostics> Inferences
