Meru Technical Note - How to reset the Identity Manager's (IDM) Root Password

How do I reset the Identity Manager's (IDM) Root Password? I do not remember the root password and would like to reset it.

You need to be on the serial console, then reboot the IDM appliance.

At the message "press any key", do so and you will be given the password reset menu options.
