Solution
There is no IDM console command / option in the UI to reset the IDM to Factory Defaults. However, the user can re-image the hardware which is the same as beginning from factory defaults. If the image is on an SA device, simply start the installation on the device again by connecting the SA device to a USB CD/DVD-ROM drive. If the image is on a virtualized physical host, then delete the instance (and all related virtual disks) and create a new instance.
