Solution
1.) Login to your IDM server (http://x.x.x.x/admin/index.php) as admin and navigate to the Sponsor Portal page.
Sponsor Portal-->Interface Settings-->Login Page Message
2.) Edit the page with the message you want displayed to the Sponsor when they go to the Sponsor login page: http://x.x.x.x/sponsor/index.php
3.) Select the "Show Message" checkbox and Click the Save tab to save your configuration.
