Solution
Login to the IDM as Admin and navigate to the Acceptable Usage Policy Page
Guest Portals-->Portals-->Click on the Pencil icon next to the portal in question-->In the Widget Labels page you'll find Acceptable Usage Policy tab--->Click on the Acceptable Usage Policy tab
Customize the content of the Acceptable Usage Policy page and hit Save
