Log on to IDM Sponsor portal. Go to Account Management; select Report Manage Accounts; and click on Run to view the current users on IDM.

Solution
Log on to IDM Sponsor portal. Go to Account Management; select Report Manage Accounts; and click on Run to view the current users on IDM.
Select the user and click on Suspend button to wipe out the entry from IDM.
Log on to controller CLI session and type Configure Terminal and enter "no station (mac address of the IDM user)" to disconnect the user.

master(15)#configure terminal
master(15)(config)# no station xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
