Clients are not able to view a particular ESSID, when connecting in a particular area. They can connect to other ESSIDs without any problems.

Solution
STEPS TAKEN FOR TROUBLESHOOTING:
STEP 1: | Verify LED status on the AP in question, LEDs should be green and one blue. |
STEP 2: | Validate if the AP is broadcasting the ESSID. In the GUI, go to Configuration >> Devices (APs) >> Select AP >> click Settings >> click ESS-AP tab |
STEP 3: | If AP is not broadcasting the ESSID, click on the ADD button, select ESSID from the drop-down box, click OK. |
STEP 4: | For AP 300 please check the Vcell setting on AP and essid and it should be same |
RESOLUTION : | Added the ESSID on this AP allowing the clients in this area to view and connect to it. |
ROOT CAUSE: | The AP in question was not broadcasting this particular ESSID. |
