I recently upgraded our SIEM to version 7.2During the setup for
fortisiem analysts, I am unable to add the team's work schedule. I am
also unable to set the team lead. Anybody solutions for this issues will
be highly appreciated
We just completed deploying our in house FortiSIEM v7The System User
keeps creating cases automatically, is there a way to turn it off so
that only SOC analysts can create the cases?

notifications policy that involves creation of cases for incidents. It
keeps generating new cases under user "System" as shown below. This is
affecting our MTTR.
