I follow the migration documentation, will the SAML SSO settings also
migrate or will I have to re-configure SAML SSO for this installation?

yes, I am currently using version v7.2.8 and I have no problem with
Azure SSO - the credentials are remembered but I do not set options:
"Use external browser as user-agent for saml user authentication", but
only those indicated in the screenshots
