It works by allowing the forcepoint cloud proxy app signature as an
override. But does not explain why it's blocked originally since
cloud.IT is set to monitor only...

the fsso agent is disabled (actually the checkmark for the service is
not active on the endpoint).No idea yet about what happens after 30 days
