For internet service DB only, I get the same error on IOS 6.2.12 and
6.2.15, the solution which worked with me for multiple devices was: 1-
Backup configuration file. 2- downgrade IOS to 6.2.0 or 6.2.2. 3- Update
internet service DB manually via TFTP...
