When I came into work this morning I noticed that our 80C was no longer
passing data through. The Power light, Status Light, WAN1, DMZ, and all
the internal lights were on. I am unable to reset it, I cannot use the

The serial connection does nothing, that one of the reasons I think it
is bricked. it does not look like it is booting at all. just automatic
fail as soon as power is applied.
