I had this issue. It seems to go back to version 7.0.xFortinet Support
gave me a work around which kills the WAD process which is usually
responsible for this. Scroll down a few

Fortinet Support helped me get around this solution until a fix is put
in place. They said 7.0.6 will fix the issue… we’ll see. So, the issue
