OK, we can close this case... seems to be an android-bug. Here my
observations, hope i can help someone else who' s stuck with something
similar. I did some debugging, with diag debug app ike 255, and found

Oh, nice, thanks for the hint! I somehow missed that patch 10 was
released, normally i read the releasenotes every time something is
released. (We were on 4.2.8 when the bug occured) Thanks a lot and best
