I just did a factory reset on my 70D and was going to change mode on
it,removed DHCP, policy. There is no Ref. left according to the
interface page. And in the CLIFGT70D # config system global FGT70D
(global) # set internal-switch-mode interface FGT7...

aha ok, so thats might be were the issue is then, that I have not setup
the phase1 and 2 manually. I'll take a look at this and search for that
