Thats how the 23JF works. The only options you have are below. NAT to
LAN and Bridge to LAN pass it thru to the AP Management VLAN which is no
good to me. Bridge to SSID is my only option to get the phone working. I

I think you have a plugin problem. I've had this in the past. You can
either find a plugin for the browser you are using or download a tool
like iVMS-4200 (Windows/macOS) which does not use the browser and try
that.
