Taking a deeper dive into logging on the FortiVoice platform and I am
seeing that on the dashboard itself, there are call logs displayed in
the Recent Call widget. Inbound, outbound, errors where an incorrect
number was dialed etc. Those same entries...
That was supposedly fixed in the 5.4.3 client. The following KB article

This resolved our issues in the past with being stuck at 98%.
