Hi all, this happened to us yesterday. Our IP ended up in the Fortinet
reputation database. We don' t know yet what triggered it. Because all
our outgoing mail goes thru our FG3600 it stopped delivering mail!
Luckily an email to the removespam addres...
My 3600 restarted at approx 11:36 today. There are no indications of a

Thanks for the quick reply, we do have a policy in place that only
allows SMTP outbound from our mail servers. The policy that denies SMTP
from all others is disabled. We must have a discussion internally
tomorrow to remember why we turned that off. ...
That' s funny, I upgraded my 3600 from 2.5 to 2.8 MR10 and it now does
not see the disk. I do not know how long before the upgrade it stopped.
I assumed the disk was bust before I did the upgrade. I have a ticket

I agree that FG catches most and I am pleased with level of protection.
We also use Sophos on our email system and Symantec on the desktop. Even
so, after being clear since August when we deployed 3 FG' s, we are now
battling an outbreak we cannot id...
