My ISP issued me a WAN IP...call it 10.10.10.10 which I applied to a
network interface on my 200b. I set a route to 10.10.10.9 They are also
routing me another subnet call it 192.186.1.X. The internet is working
fine and I can NAT off of 10.10.10.10....

Thanks for your response. It looks like the switch ports were still
trying to negotiate even after hard setting the speed/duplex. Once I
disabled auto negotiation it seemed to speed up the connectivity. These
are dell switches and I am not as familar...
