We heavily use Load Balancing in our environment and discovered
something a bit " off" few weeks ago when we did a PCI audit involving
SSL LoadBalancing. To do IDS on SSL you have to install the SSL cert on
the UTM (we use 200B' s) so the UTM breaks ...
Scenario: you have a web farm of 5 web servers and want to take one out
of the farm to run updates etc. There is no easy way to take it out
through the current GUI, you have to go into each domain/website and
untick it, say you have 20 sites over HTT...
I know it works with email but the 200B has a usb port so would i work
with a USB dongle and send the code out via SMS? that would be very
nice, would save me from running smstools on a different box
I have two 200B units in A-A mode, all worked OK until today, one of
them (slave) is blocking a certain Policy the other is not (master), i
can see the logs in the fortianalizer and it' s strange as policy 2 (in
my case) should be allowed but it' s b...
