I believe this error is because no IP address is supplied when you are
using the "Provisioning Template" option to send logs to "This
FortiManager". Change the Setting to "Specify IP Address" and enter your

I was able to workaround this issue by editing the neccessary settings
using the CLI menu and navigating to the system interface detail from
there followed by a device push.
