Do you have an active fortigate account and tried login to
support.fortinet.com 1st and see if you have any trial VM already
registered, if there is you have to decommision that first after that
use the same account to register the fortigate trial ag...
For me also the issue happened, However while checking i could see that
there is already a fortiVM registered under my account in asset list, so
need to decommision that and tried again it worked
