HiCan you share your configuration file(kmliu@fortinet.com), we can't reproduce it through the device in the lab, it is normal to use our own Azure account to test with iOS devices at present. THANKS.

Can you try switching a browser? For example, when using the Edge browser, in most cases it is because of cache or cookies.
