The problem was related to the device's network preferences. In my case,
I had IPv6 enabled and was using an IPv6 public IP from my hotspot. This
caused connectivity issues with the SSL VPN.To troubleshoot, I

Option 1 did the trick over group policy. Option 2 is very interesting
just have test it on the field, and I assume this is only if we get
assigned a ipv6 public IP as well.
