Lost access to Internet and local network after disconnecting VPN

Hello,i have one problem, when i disconnect the VPN, I could not be able to access the internet and the local network.I must restart the pc then i could access again the internet or local network.I am using FortiClient Linux 7.4.0.1636.

I forgot to say, the only way to connect without resetting the machine is by forgetting the network connection and reconnecting to the Wifi.
